Waterfront Festival Update
Published on May 02, 2008

The CIBC Craft Show and Sale returns to the Oakville Waterfront Festival (OWF) this June with an array of high-quality Canadian-made art.

Taking place over the course of festival weekend, June 20- 22, in Coronation Park, the CIBC Craft Show and Sale showcases some of Ontario's finest artisans.

This year, a select group of 30 artists and craftspeople will exhibit in the juried show and sale, which is known as the place to find high-quality items.

Many of your favourite artists will be returning, along with an impressive selection of items from artists new to the show.

You'll find unique jewelry; one-of-a-kind clothing; stunning blown glass; original art and photography; beautiful woodwork; yummy jams, sauces and chocolate - all excellent for gift-giving or as a special treat for yourself.

The show is open Friday, June 20 from 5-11 p.m.; Saturday, June 21 from 9 a.m.-11 p.m. and Sunday, June 22 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Admission to the craft show is included in your three-day festival admission.

Tickets cost $13 each if you purchase in advance and $11 each if you purchase five or more in advance.

Tickets are available mid-May on the website at www.oakvillefestival.com, at all Shoppers Drug Mart locations, and at many Oakville area banks.
