Marina break-in under investigation

Halton Regional Police Service is investigating a break-in to a marina in Oakville.

Sometime between Friday, Dec. 5 and Monday, Dec. 8, police report that an unknown culprit(s) forced their way into the fenced compound of Piecies Marine, which is a business located at 669 Third Line.

The culprit(s) entered three Bayliner power boats and stole various items.

Among the items stolen were a custom made canvass boat cover, a stereo unit and seat cushions.

The value of the stolen items is estimated at approximately $4,500.

If you have any information that leads to an arrest in this or any other matter, you may be eligible for a cash reward.

You will never have to give your name and you will not have to testify in court.
