The official lighting of Ian Anderson House’s (IAH) 12th annual Tree of Lights will be on Sunday, Dec. 7 at 5 p. m.
The Tree of Lights is a hospice tradition around the world. Each $20 donation will light up one light in memory of or to honor a loved one.
The lighting ceremony will include the singing of carols and hot cider on the grounds of IAH located at 430 Winston Churchill Blvd.
IAH is Ontario’s first in-residence cancer hospice that provides end-of-life care, free of charge, in a home-like setting offering families an alternative.
All donations assist IAH in providing care and support to area residents and their families.
