Dragon boaters raise $70,000

ARE WE THERE YET? NO PAIN, NO GAIN: From the looks on their faces, the members of the Quicksilver team from Prophix Software Inc. were feeling the pain as they paddled their way to the finish line in the fifth annual TigerTel Oakville Charity Dragon Boat Festival at Kelso Conservation Park on Sunday. Organized by the Rotary Club of Oakville Trafalgar, the event raised $70,000 for several community charities, including the two prime beneficiaries of this year's festival, the Halton Children's Aid Society and Habitat for Humanity Halton.
